In keeping with our food theme (and the letter e) , I used an egg carton and used tape to label each compartment with numbers so we could use it for counting. I gave Lil small cookies, and had her make sets for each number.
After she finished this activity I had Lil use her chalk table and a card with the numbers to practice writing numbers 1-5. She enjoyed showing O how to write the numbers as well.
