Scripture Memory Verse: Letter A

Arielle (mommy): To go along with learning letters, we are going to be learning a memory verse from the bible that goes along with each letter.  

The first verse is:  As for me and my house, we will serve The Lord.  Joshua 24:15

This was not only a bible lesson but a math lesson (as we integrated shapes).  I gave Lil a pile of different sized shapes and told her to build two house as she named the shapes.  

I introduced the bible verse and we talked about what it means.  I wrote the verse on the house and will hang it in her room so we can remember to practice it together.
